Role Description
This is a full-time sales/growth role. You'll be responsible for growing the customer base of businesses using PairPEO to gain access to - or switch to - a different benefit provider. You'll connect with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and VPs of 20-500 person businesses to save them a ton of money on their employee benefits.
We've built a best-in-class AI automated sales pipeline that handles sourcing customers, hyper-personalized email sequences, landing pages, text messaging, and other outreach with notifications of intent.
Requirements
Because every resume/response is AI-generated nowadays, to be considered for the job you'll be asked to submit a 2-minute video telling us about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit.
What You'll Do
- Monitor website, email, and text activity to build relationships, and call whenever intent signals are high
- Expect to make about 50 calls per day
- Approach every call as a conversation, not a hard sale
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building (you will be making calls)
- Computer proficiency for learning sales tools (HubSpot familiarity is a plus)
- Hard-working - not a cliché; you will be rewarded for hard work
- Genuine interest in tech
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Past sales experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- $60k base salary
- Commission with on-target earnings of $100k
